Stick Work Challenge

A few months or weeks or years ago we suggested the MCLA mandate each player get a significant number of touches on the ball before the start of fall ball.

Significant as in 10,000. If memory serves this idea surfaced in late May which would have given players three months to complete the task.

Our compelling argument was the entire league would improve 23905 fold.

Well we are going for it for our own betterment. We’ll try for 8000 touches before January 29th the day of our season opener.

Any shot against a wall or net. Any pass against a wall or to a teammate no matter how far or fast will count.

Touches in practice will count but since our mind will be distracted touches during practice time and the scrimmage on the 22nd will be estimated.
