Speaking of a fundraiser, we are using the My Sports Dream program, they’ve made some changes since the last time I used it, we raised $6000 pre-economic disaster which Brobama is working to clean up now. According to the website the profit average of the last 75 campaigns is $7378 with the low at $4009 and the high at $20,540.  Why are we fundraising like Rep. Joe Wilson, because to be successful in the MCLA you need money to burn. We need money for this year, money for next year, money for beyond. Specifically, funds to pay for airfare to Minnesota, possibly airfare to Boston as well, insurance for our winter and summer camps (it takes money to make money), new uniforms, higher coaching salaries, better website, etc. etc.

Noticed that Arizona State has a Max Muscle Sports Nutrition advertisement on their website. Never heard of it. Clicked it. Discovered it was essentially like GNC but they only sell their stuff in their stores.

Store Locator produced no initial results 10 miles away from downtown Pittsburgh.  But 12.67 miles away in beautiful Wexford Pennsylvania there is a Max Muscle store. Here’s why I’m excited. One, if they are willing to sponsor Arizona State lacrosse, why not us? Two, Wexford is home to North Allegheny High School. We have several NA products on the roster. Three, supplement companies want their products in the hands of young people, much like cigarette companies. Ergo, concordantly, vis-a-vis, they should want to sponsor a team of college athletes. We’ll be contacting ASU, then Max Muscle shortly. Fingers crossed.
