Saturday Evening Check In

Oh, George my brother, there will certainly be a lot of swinging in our bachelor pad tonight!

Bittersweet day for the Crystal Ball Challenge.

Hopkins defeated Loyola today which allowed us to increase our luxurious first place lead.

Our hearts were with Loyola but our mind was with Hopkins when we made the pick. We were thusly reminded of quote from The Godfather, “It’s not personal. It’s business.”

Wesleyan also lost to Tufts giving us another boost to the lead.

This week’s current results are as follows:

412 6-0

Striding Man 6-0

Crave 6-0

Wilson 4-2

The two remaining games are Georgetown vs. Villanova (7PM tonight) and Roanoke vs. Lynchburg in tomorrow’s ODAC championship.

All four staff members selected Georgetown and Roanoke so we could possibly be looking at a perfect week for 3 staffers. Interesting men in the world type numbers.

Jake Reed’s Nike Blue Chip Camp is selling their goods.

Smart move as kids going to the camp and gear heads not attending the camp will surely purchase a Nike performance shirt for $18 assuming they can get over the stock image on the back of the shirt.

The only problem is the order is due May 24th and the announcement was made on their Facebook page May 3rd.

And finally perhaps their best looking item, the hoody.

Purchase Nike Blue Chip gear in this region of the internet.

Camp gear sales comes as little surprise to us as the other Blue Chip Camp had already decided to make their clothing available to the public.

However, it is not Nike gear.

Virginia Season Highlights

If you have some spare time.

We assume they are still working on 5 and 6.

We’d try to figure out why the videos are different sizes but there is a Penguins game in 30 minutes.
