Nike Aerographic Shirt

We don’t know what to make of this Pitt basketball shirt. Is aerographic code for sublimation?

But we do like it far more than the North Carolina, Purdue, Illinois, and West Virginia options. The UConn model isn’t bad either.

Is the sublimation trend finally headed to cotton? Not necessarily with unlimited colors but with more complicated art. Nike is trying to sell this shirt for $29.99.

We can imagine the Indiana version of that shirt would feature stripes, the Sample Gates, and just maybe a flag or two from the greatest timeout in all of sports.

Don’t be afraid to look to other sports for your team’s apparel inspiration. It’s better than waiting for Hopkins lacrosse to come up with some thing new lest we have two hundred lax squads sporting the same look, see Nike U uniforms. One look? One look? I don’t think so! (Well actually Under Armour, Nike’s Elite socks did come out first according to our readers. Everyone under the bus!) Fifty nine more shirts on Eastbay, including Miami and Virginia.

Sidenote: Pitt’s quidditch team is in the world cup?
