In November, we told you that Mountain Lakes would be wearing different color gloves. Welcome to February.

Mike Badolato, a founding father of 90% and the human being behind these gloves, included this tid bit in his email, “We are doing custom Maverik Romes, 1 in a white colorway while the other is in an orange colorway (so 1 white glove and 1 orange glove).  Also these gloves will have the players numbers in roman numerals (sadly not pictured on the mock-up).”

Unless we’re completely reading that statement incorrectly Mountain Lakes will be wearing, for argument’s sake, a white left handed glove and an orange right handed glove. In a world where everyone and their 4th grade brother’s rec team is wearing custom gloves this is one way of standing out.

The gloves arrived yesterday.
