Just responding to what the Laxpower vacancy listing says:

University of Wisconsin-Madison (Madison, WI)

Men's Head Coach
. Available: Immediately.
Position Description: University of Wisconsin-Madison is looking for head and assistant coaches for its GLLL and MCLA teams. Club sports at UW does not allow coaches to be paid, so this a volunteer position. It is a chance to work with some of the best players in the region on a team with a winning tradition: The top squad has a 115-16 record in the last five years, and the program currently has one team playing in the GRLC (MCLA) and two in the GLLL. Appointment: Part-Time

I can see where it can be misunderstood. The fact that they have three times is really attribute to how much they like playing lacrosse in Madison.

Love the Boathouse stores. Every MCLA team should do something like that. Pitt is clearly on the forefront!

Wisconsin has a lot of capability to be a powerhouse. I think a lot of people get confused in the sense that, UW's MCLA team already has a head coach. The same head coach who has brought the program to what it is today. The search for coaching positions on this team is for new head coaches to take over on the B and C teams (which continue playing GLLL ball) and some assistant coaches to serve along side the current head coach.

Wisconsin has great facilities, and a school that right now, is behind them about 50%. They have an extremely national student base, with players from New York, Maryland, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah, Illinois, Missouri etc.

Combined with the fact this might be a down year for the GRLC (heard rumors Lindenwood lost to D2 Dayton) and it could be a great year for the Badgers.
