Super out on a limb predictions

  • Georgetown’s program has been flat lining, having to beat Syracuse in the Big East every year to make the tournament isn’t going to help their chances
  • This is Duke’s last chance for a while to win a title, UVA and UNC are out recruiting the Devils by a million, I may never forgive Danowski for being out coached by Petro two years in a row

    It looks like it has possibility but seems a little out dated already. It will be awesome when EA sports picks this up eventually as long as they dont blow it and have Quint do the commentary.

    I didn't expect much in terms of graphics or anything. Again, it isn't EA making this game, but the gameplay actually looks pretty fun. Although I think every dodge being a swim dodge (as far as I can tell from the video), the lack of changing hands, and the goofy passing may get tedious eventually. I have a hunch that this will be like NBA Jam for lacrosse: unrealistic but still fun as hell. I just can't wait to hook mad rippies on my Xbox.

    I didn’t expect much in terms of graphics or anything. Again, it isn’t EA making this game, but the gameplay actually looks pretty fun. Although I think every dodge being a swim dodge (as far as I can tell from the video), the lack of changing hands, and the goofy passing may get tedious eventually. I have a hunch that this will be like NBA Jam for lacrosse: unrealistic but still fun as hell. I just can’t wait to hook mad rippies on my Xbox.

    I would argue that the graphics are on par with what indie video game production houses can crank out in terms of having a 10 v 10 sport

    As for the lack of changing hands, the creator of the game is an assistant coach at Robert Morris, aka Canada South. Might have been a huge influence on that, might also again by the byproduct of the budget.

    Apparently the Penguins play by play announcer is doing the commentary for this game.If EA ever does make a lacrosse game and Quint is responsible for the audio, I will turn the announcer volume to 0 immediately.
